| It was a perfect day for golf with temperatures around 70 (20 for those that care) and a light wind. To say that scores were extraordinary would be an understatement with Crispy minus handicaps being incidental. The winner with a gross score of 72 playing off 10 and -3 was Mark Andrews (past champ of course) with 43 points - fantastic. Trailing in his wake werre Johnny Oliver (-1), Tom Newnes (past champ), Tony Biggs and James Woodrow. There are always losers: Briarpatch, chaffed_to_bits, countersunk_N, never_going_to_win(thistime), ship_sunk(a military ref), neutered_w (past champ), the_pits, horse_shied and button_lip. |
